Orders
When will my order be processed?

If your order has not yet been processed, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist with your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Shipping is free on all orders within South Africa.

Orders typically take 8–16 business days to arrive, including processing time.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, followed by approximately 7–13 business days for delivery.

Yes. Our products are designed for a range of training levels, from beginners to more experienced gym-goers.
What can I use the Ankle Straps for?
Our Ankle Straps are designed for use with compatible cable machines and can be used for exercises such as cable kickbacks, hip abductions, leg extensions and leg curls.
What are the Wrist Wraps used for?
Our Wrist Wraps provide additional wrist support during suitable strength-training movements such as pressing exercises and other gym workouts where wrist support may be beneficial.
Is the Push-Up Board suitable for beginners?
Yes. The Push-Up Board is designed to provide multiple hand positions and can be used by beginners as well as more experienced users.
